How does It work?
Fractionated RF energy found in Fractora is a scientifically proven method that reduces wrinkles. It is minimally invasive, using a matrix of micro-pins to resurface and restore the skin, providing exceptional results with almost no patient downtime.
The gentle heat generated by the Fractora pins in the subdermal tissue promotes collagen restructuring for skin rejuvenation and an improved appearance in the skin.
The methodical scattering of micro-lesions allows the skin to heal faster than if the entire area was ablated. RF energy heats the deep layers of the skin in a controlled way to revitalize the collagen.
Treatment
Fractora treatment will improve skin complexion and texture for a more radiant and youthful appearance.
Numbing cream is applied 45 mins prior to treatment to minimize any discomfort. Treatment takes approximately 20 minutes. Immediately after treatment, the skin will show mild redness, similar to a sun burn.
Depending on your Fractora treatment regime you can expect to have between 1 - 6 sessions. Visible results can be seen immediately, but typically after two weeks the most noticeable results appear. Improvements continue up to three months after treatment.
Fractora can also be combined with additional energy treatments or injectables to achieve a more extensive full face result, called a FracTotal Facial.
Since patient downtime is minimal, makeup can be applied 1 to 2 days after the treatment. Patients should expect to see micro lesions a few days after treatment and slight redness for up to 1 week depending on treatment parameters.

Should I prepare myself and/or my skin prior to a treatment?
Like all laser treatments, it is especially important to come to the office without any type of sun/windburn. The face should be free of any make-up. You should drink a lot of water prior to treatment and afterwards as it is critical to keep the skin hydrated post treatment and drinking water will assist. The skin will be re-cleaned prior to treatment at the clinic.
What Areas can be Treated?
